Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Vectorly handles account information, uploaded images, generated files, and usage data.

Overview

Vectorly provides an image-conversion service. We collect only the information needed to authenticate accounts, process images, operate credit allowances, deliver files, and maintain the service. Do not upload content you do not have permission to use.

Information we collect

  • Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive information such as your name, email address, profile image, account identifier, and authentication session details.
  • Uploaded content. We process the JPG or PNG images you submit and the preview and SVG files created from them.
  • Usage information. We record your plan, monthly credit allowance, remaining balance, conversion identifier, selected quality, credit charge or restoration, and timestamps.
  • Technical information. Our hosting and application systems may process basic request, device, network, error, and diagnostic information needed for security and reliable operation.

How we use information

  • Authenticate you and maintain your account.
  • Process uploads and return converted files.
  • Calculate credit usage and prevent use beyond the available balance.
  • Diagnose failures, restore credits automatically when a conversion fails, secure the service, and prevent abuse.
  • Maintain and improve conversion quality and product performance.

Processing and sharing

Vectorly uses service providers for authentication, database storage, hosting, and image processing. Uploaded images and necessary account or request data may be transmitted to those providers solely to operate the service. We do not state that uploaded images are processed only on your device.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Storage and retention

Private source and output files are stored in account history. Starter accounts can access PNG files, while Creator and Studio accounts can access both formats. Private files stay available for 7 days on Starter, 90 days on Creator and 365 days on Studio. There is no limit on how many conversion-history entries or metadata records your account can hold. When a file period ends, the private binaries are scheduled for automatic deletion and the history entry is marked as expired, so you can reconvert to generate new downloads.

Account and credit-ledger records are retained while your account is active and as reasonably needed for security, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Temporary upload and processing files on the conversion server are deleted when each request finishes; operational logs may follow a separate retention schedule.

Your choices and rights

You can update your display name through account settings and stop future processing by not submitting additional images. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of personal information. Account deletion and data requests must be directed through the support contact published with the deployed service.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. No online system is completely secure, so avoid uploading highly sensitive images or information.

Children's privacy

Vectorly is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided information, contact the service operator.

International processing

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Those countries may have different data-protection laws.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will identify the current version.

Privacy questions

Account deletion and data requests must be directed through the support contact published with the deployed service.
