2. The service

Vectorly converts raster images into scalable vector artwork. We offer three plans: Starter (free, 500 credits per month), Creator ($9.99 USD per month, 5,000 credits), and Studio ($24.99 USD per month, 15,000 credits). Standard conversions cost 100 credits; Enhanced conversions cost 250 credits.

Output formats and private file retention depend on your plan. Starter accounts can download PNG files; Creator and Studio accounts can download PNG and SVG (Illustrator-compatible) files. Conversion history entries and metadata are not capped on any plan. Source and output files stay available for 7 days on Starter, 90 days on Creator, and 365 days on Studio. After those files expire, the history record may remain and is marked as expired; expired files cannot be downloaded or recovered.

3. Accounts and security

You may sign in using Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You may use Vectorly only for lawful purposes and only on content you have the right to upload and process. Do not upload content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, or that violates anyone's rights. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or interfere with the service.

5. Plans, credits, and payments

Credits are deducted when a conversion is submitted. If a conversion fails because of a system error, the credited charge is automatically restored. Credits reset to your plan's full monthly allocation on your renewal date and do not roll over.

Upgrades take effect immediately once payment is confirmed. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Files you already earned on a paid plan keep their existing download entitlement until their original expiry date.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the images you upload and the converted files created from them. By uploading content, you grant Vectorly and its service providers the limited right to process, store, and transmit it solely to operate the service.

Uploaded images are sent to Vectorly's servers and third-party processing services; they are not processed only inside your browser. Do not upload content you do not have permission to use or that is highly sensitive.

7. Intellectual property

Vectorly's name, logo, software, and visual design are our property or the property of our licensors. These terms do not grant you any license to use our trademarks or intellectual property except as necessary to use the service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if necessary to protect the service or other users.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Vectorly does not guarantee that every conversion will meet your expectations, be error-free, or be uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vectorly's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $50 if you did not pay anything.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Vectorly is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
